Plain-language summary. Affiliate Program Registry republishes commission terms that programmes publish about themselves. Figures can be wrong or stale — verify on the programme’s own page. Nothing here is advice. Exports and the API are licensed for your own internal use, not for republishing. Paid plans are sold by Creem as merchant of record. Programmes and people named in entries may request correction or removal; requests are handled as applicable law requires. Analytics cookies are off unless you accept them; we do not sell the personal data of our users or visitors. Business contact details listed in the registry are supplied to Business subscribers under the Data Licence, which US state privacy laws class as a “sale”.
