Since I started using this rdp, it's always one issue or the other. firstly, it was the windows that kept on crashing, now then desktop screen is blacked out and i can't even access anything or even see anything on the desktop. VPN doesn't work inside the rdp rather it disconnects the rdp once turned on. When I make a complain, they reply reluctantly without actions. Note: it already more than 2 weeks yet which is frustrating, yet no solution provided. THS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED !!!
