I have been waiting for my withdrawal since 19th january, they told me between 7-21 working days. It has passed this time frame i have waited over a month and all they tell me is it is awaiting. They cannot contqct finace department, abd they ignore my emails. They are scammy and fraud and they cannot get away with not paying customers out like that. I won that fairly and now i am still hoping i will recieve my winnings.

I have contacted this casino and tried to contact all payment processor due to money been taken from my account fraudulently, the site has hidden under different processors that are claiming to be medical suppliers and gift cards. They are refusing to give my money back and have now started a fraud claim with my bank. Support very rude and have claimed I have changed addresses and names in an account opened in my name. Quite clearly and fraudulent and fake site who should not have custom with the U.K. anyway. Not one person is contactable about this
