Communication regarding invoice clearance was inconsistent and timelines provided were not honored. Businesses rely on trust, transparency, and professionalism, and unfortunately our experience did not reflect that. I strongly recommend vendors and agencies ensure they have proper agreements and payment protections in place before working with them.
