  Exact Match Media are scumbag scammers. I have send them hundreds of (approved) qualified leads. At first they paid nicely on time every month. Until suddenly they stopped paying and stopped replying to my Emails. They owe me over 5000 USD. Tried to contact them numerous times, but never got any reply. Stay away from EMM

  I've been with them a few months I've since closed all my ads they take pay on net30 well are suppose to pay in net 30 but don't expect that expect to be ignored expect to hear excuses expect them to beg you to continue to bring traffic while still waiting on payment expect to get no answers if you call them expect to be told they will call you back and never do expect to never ever hear from accounting if you don't care about getting paid or when/if you'll get your money this is the network for you do your research on them they don't have any active social media pages the things you can find about them that are recent are all bad the old reviews are good but heed this warning this network is dying if I hadn't had so much money tied up with ads I would have been stopped but I am still owed so much just waiting net 30 is being paid the 30th of the month for previous months earnings but it's mostly like a net60 with them and who is going to wait that long when they are bringing good traffic I really want to start a chat with other members of this network and old and new

  I am writing this review after a horrible experience with these guys who suddenly decided they did not wanna pay me anymore. You can't trust these with payments being on time and I would definitely not suggest anyone to join them anymore. Dead network with no support and affiliate managers don't care about their affiliates.

  stay away stay far far away this company is DEAD they dont pay out nobody ever knows whats going on accounting never answers questions there are so many great networks please this is my warning to do you DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME screenshota out of order and this is only recent month basically nobody has gotten paid and nobody knows why screenshots attached of me trying to figure out where my payment is (this has happened every month since i joined this will be the LAST)

  I was paid $450 from EMM in November, 2015 and decided to ramp up my advertising since I saw they paid. Well, I earned over $4,000 in November and when December comes around they suspend my account saying I had mystery shoppers call in. What a joke! I even got an email from my account manager, Vontrese, who said I WAS being paid and it was sent on 12-10-15. Turns out that was a FAT LIE. I spoke with Fernando, his new story was that they received word from another affiliate that I had callers give fake info on the phone and my reply was not my fault, i can't control what people do on the phone that I send as leads. They blamed me for 2 or 3 calls out of 1000s of calls for having fake info and thus grounds for cancelling me and refusing to pay AFTER they got paid. I sent 11 screenshots today of proof of advertising and I have emails stating my payment is being sent so if they wish to refuse to pay further I will let a judge decide how much money I get in a Florida courtroom.

  so i commented awhile back about the craziness of not being paid so let me warn any and everybody if octavious (not sure if he is still working there) if you get him as your AM immediately ask for a change he has 1001 excuses as to why he doesn't respond for months at a time when i first started working with them it took me 4 months to be paid but since complaining and changing from him i have been paid on time (since may on time every time even a bit early) no matter how much or little i make but seriously this is your warning OCTAVIOUS is apparently too busy for anybody he basically told me in my email if you aren't bringing them big money you are not a priority and how is any publisher suppose to grow with that type of support ps not sure if i spelled his name correctly i also wish they paid through Paypal but direct deposit is fine there offers tend to pause really early in the month as well i know most campaigns have a budget but within 2-3 of them un-pausing it, its paused again so dont get comfortable promoting any specific offer

  Whenever it's time to make payment, one have to consistently email them (EMM), and there accounting dept will not respond. Out of the $302, I only got $190. Come to find out, the remaining $112 for Sept 2015, includes some transactions back in Aug 2015....We are now past the first week of Oct 2015. Also, communicating with them seems to be really wishy-washy...For instance, One is on weekly payments, then one is not; one might have access to what might be considered an easy, high converting offer, than one doesn't, and so forth. I understand that they have other things to do; however, when they are not paying for work done, that's another whole issue. It makes it difficult to even work with a company like that...Is it being done on purpose, or are they financially able to make payouts on a regular bases?

  Exact Match Media is Excellent Company to work. I have great support on Skype and Email. Also, getting Weekly Payments on time to my account. Account Manager assist for set up new campaigns and advertising platforms. EMM is best network in Pay Per Call Industry.

  I was approached by Robert Debowsky who works on the advertiser side at Exact Match Media, after i published a post on LinkedIn looking for pay per call campaigns. Once he realized I am a publisher he introduce me to another employee names Octavious Moore who is in charge of the publisher side at Exact Match Media. He informed me the payment terms were on a weekly basis, and we started to work. A week passed and a $800 worth of calls accumulated in our account for payment. A week later, when i approached Octavious about the payment and he said that because its the first payment it takes a little more time for their finance department to transfer the money. He assured me that I will be contacted by finance to get my payment information shortly. At that point i decided to suspend the campaign until we received payment. i told Octavious about that several times and he always gave me the same excuse of first payment might take longer. A week later Octavious asked me if i am able to send more calls and increases the volumes. Once again, I made it very clear to him that we won’t work with him until my payment is settled. A month has passed and we still have not received payment. I’ve left numerous messages and no one is getting back to me. i believe that I’m not the only one they didn’t pay. my goal is that everyone who's reading this post will think twice before they engage with this company.

  Signed up in 2014 and do a little bit volume but don't pay much attention. This year, I found one offer show high EPC in their network (I have run this offer across different network but never see EPC this high). The testing result show that offer works really great than other networks and their support is awesome. They changed my payment to weekly payout after I start to run more revenue this year. Great Network. Worth to work with.

  THE PICTURE IS OF MONEY I EARNED BUT WAS NEVER PAID FOR THIS SCREENSHOT WAS TAKEN 4/6/15 BUT MONEY EARNED IS FROM 2014 I've been with exact match media for about 3 months now, in the beginning i had some questions about my methods which i explained right off the back i use seo i use my blog which has about 300-400 subscribers and growing always open about how i promote then i stopped hearing from them i never got paid i'm still apart of the network my account still shows the money that i made earlier this year and last so i know they have been paid every time i try and contact them i get no response i can screenshot the many different people apart of emm i have tried to reach out to and my account i have attached my screenshot of last years money that i never got. another thing when you signed up with EMM they dont ask you for any information for payment i.e. direct deposit, paypal, anything they tell you when your due for payment someone will contact you and that never happened so i contacted them thats when he asked about my methods i showed him screenshots and links (yes i have those emails) he said okay he would share that never heard back from him or anybody else i've tried contacting them several ways i've noticed that when people leave a bad review on hear the network comes running so maybe this will get their attention, also attached is the money i made LAST YEAR that was never payed notice how old the good comments are and how few of them there are i should have been more vigilant of that myself

  I have worked with Exact for many years now and they are a great client to have. They always pay on time and have plenty of offers. Their managers are very prompt and supportive as well as helpful. the only criticism I have is that I would like to see more exclusive offers. I really believe that by doing so they will separate themselves even further from the rest.

  I do a lot of volume so I was iffy in the beginning but Exact Match turned out to be good folks. Their extensive anti-fraud process had me a bit worried initially on how long it took but eventually I understood it was necessary to weed out bad pubs who were on the network before and messed up offers for everyone with fake leads. Got paid as they said I would. AM is on the skype most of the time so connect with them for help.

  EMM is excellent company. I tried few Pay-Per-Call networks and EMM is by far the best one. I have great support on mail, skype or phone. I get payments each week and this is amazing, better than giants like Adsense or Media.Net. EMM have a lot of really very good offers which is not difficult to promote.
