my paypal, email amazon, and server were gotten into. So now everyone will know that I did not try to intentionally reverse tasha, I have already told my bank those transactions were legit. It is up to paypal to give her the money and i hope they do it quickly and not make her wait as she has been busting her behind to keep her business afloat. I have faxed the police report to paypal so they can go after these people. The way I found out is this person put a phone number in my profile to receive text alerts for every transaction. This number turns is owned by another network who I will not name right now.. and the person who got into everything was a former worker. They did not know my SSN however and some how knew it. How? they reported my pp debit lost and ordered a new one. In order to do this you need my FULL ssn. So, these people will be exposed shortly and hopefully arrested for id theft and I really doubt anyone would or should trust this network with their ssn, personal info and money. I will pay for the valid leads, I need to get access to my site. I have no mass reverse, and even when I do reverse it does not effect the balance, this is what is taking long. Raymond wants 50%, that will be paid and he will be a legal partner, so he will be sued with me.. and I will be paying out so I want everything solved. I am no scammer.. mistakes were made, yes.. but even though cpapub is ruined I am still here trying to solve this huge mess. Raymond reversed over 10k, is he known as some scam? nope. Is pointleads known as a scam for owing tasha alot of cash and other pubs? So why me? I was away, for personal reasons.. I did not buy a car or house, I did not have 75k.. I have money that is not mine and is being sent back..heck, they even owe me 13k.. do I call turn a scam? they got paid, if they paid my 14k and didnt whine about the other funds we wouldnt even be discussing this. I was given permission to run these campaigns... so whoever gave out my ssn, shared personal info for the wrong reasons, you will be sued and more. whoever sent out some slander mass email, you will be sued.. whoever was on my aim cussing out maxbounty, you will be sued and the judge will handle you for sure.

When I first opened my GPT site I started to work with some of the well established and respectable networks like Loyalpubs which Tasha does a great job running. I got approached by a Raymond at CPApublishers and decided to give them a try. It was a matter of days before i noticed that they was approving leads by postback but not adding earnings to my account for atleast half of the leads. after several emails about it and me showing proof of this and copies of the automatic emails their system sent when a offer approves they claimed there was no problem. luckily for me Raymond who introduced me to the netework mananged to get me the earnings that they did show up(roughly about 40% of the earnings they should have paid). plain and simple this network is nothing but a scam and to claim that tasha tried to fraud him is laughable when Tim has clearly been the one commiting fraud and trying to blame it on others.

I was banned for no reason at all. I contacted them for why I was banned; they never reply. the only reason I can think of was the owner want to keep all the money for himself and therefore he banned me and refused to pay.

So Tim Strikes yet again. I wake up this morning to my paypal at PayPal balance: -$8,475.76 USD AGAIN. So once again I call paypal to see whats going on. Since they gave me my money back the LAST time (which was last week) Tim got pissed and has now disputed it through his Credit Card Company. Here are the transactions as you can see. Do a quick google search. You only pay a % of what they collect. Still it is better than nothing, because NOTHING is what this guy is going to pay without force!

This Tim Quattrochi is about to get a very rude awakening. In about 10 days he will be formally served an order to appear in court in front of the ChicagoRidge District Attorney, A group of 7 of us GPT site owners and also 3 affiliate networks have filed formal suit against this person. Its high time that he be required to answer and accept responsability for his fraudulant actions. Anyone wishing to join in the lawsuit may feel free to post here in reply. We already have all of his residence information and his social security information so that we may have his financials attached if need be. We are requesting the court to gain access to his business financials. Which the attorney already says will happen. We also have statements from Paypal showing a history of bad useage on his account including the falsification of reversed funds from paypal claiming someone hacked his system. We have proof of another lawsuit being imposed against him from one of his Offer providers named Turn2Media for fraudulant actions and useage of their offers. We have multiple statements from numerous site owners and We have statements from a Raymond Foster, obtained through another party, of Tim saying it was nice to have 50k in his pocket and that he should just scam everyone and run. We have statements from owners of GPT sites he once in partnership of showing very evident and executed instances of fraud. We also have statements from 2 of his direct affiliate offer suppliers showing where they did in fact pay his business money he claimed to owners he never got. We will be seeking not only compensation for monies owed, but also damages inflicted by his fraud upon us, along with a defamation of character and slander suit. Again anyone wishing to become part of this, please feel free to post here with contact information and we will have the attorney contact you directly. This needs to end and it needs to end now. He has stolen literally upwards of 75k dollars in a few months time from many sources. Its time that he owns up and is expected to be held accountable for these fraudulant actions. Do not be surprised if this network is shutdown very soon or is forced to file bankruptcy. In which case he is still liable because he is not a LLC. I still have yet to receive the $264.80 that this networks owes me from July. When I contacted him in August about my payment, he claimed his PayPal account was limited, which was a LIE since another site owner received a payment from him that month. I told him that I'd like to be paid a check instead, and the only thing he said was "ok". I asked him when it would be sent out and I got no response. Now, I get absolutely no responses to e-mails or IMs from him. It's very clear that he no longer pays. He owes several other sites money also and is NOT PAYING. CPAPublishers IS A SCAM, stay away!

It's so irritating that Tim never answers when I try to speak to him on AIM, and I still haven't gotten paid 1 cent from them. His phone number doesn't work either...no one picked up. By far the Worst Network I've ever dealt with. Being late on payments is one thing.... But when you say I'll be right back in about 45 minutes with a Money Pak And then Never return???? AND TWICE AT THAT!!! What is that? Then now you say that you didnt get paid for certain leads so you can't pay people for those leads.. However I have NONE OF THOSE leads and I STILL havent got my money. I dont recommend this network to anyone. I've never left ANYONE a bad review and I've had a few networks extremely late on payments. But all the crap you've pulled you by far do not deserve a network or any business for that matter. I would like my money so I can be done with your network. In summary......THIS NETWORK SUCKS!!

First of all, I have never banned anyone for no reason. We did not receive a huge payment from a network and since we arent being paid, we cannot pay for those specific leads. We are not a scam. We had some rough times but I promise I will make this all right and continue to do good business.

First , please moderator/admin , don't delete my review , cause i steel can't see the last one. Cause i like to stay anonymous. I can confirm that this site become SCAM , first , the offers that my members complete on my website never convert, last day more then 400 clicks / not even one offer convert. After i complain about this , they say " You can leave and use another CPA network" , hmmm , this suppose to motivate me? And now i see that my account its banned,( like everyone else around) , No Warning/No reason (i was thinking that is only me, but i read that lots other publishers was banned). I have send 3 Support tickets , and after 5-6 days , nothing , no answer , no reason. Please add this review , cause this guys deserve this. Don't let them scam another new members. Thanks

CPAPublishers is by far the best affiliate I have ever had. They gave me two choices. They asked me if I wanted payments BI-Weekly or every week on Fridays. I chose every week. I got my payment.
